Septum Ring Guide: All our septum rings are made with standard slip-on non-piercing septum rings unless specify(this means you do not need to have a pierced septum to wear our septum jewelry). If you wish to have our septum jewelry made with a ring for a pierced septum please contact us.

All of our items are made to order and can take anywhere between 2-14 days to ship out with the exception of our Fringe Denim jacket which can take up to 4 weeks to ship out. INSURANCE: Individual items that cost $100 or more are fully insured with a 3rd party shipping company from the time it leaves our studio to your door. If you feel your package was mishandled, lost, missing, damaged etc by the 3rd party shipping company please contact us immediately for further assistance. Your cooperation is required to get a resolution.
PLEASE NOTE: Our shop does not offer refunds for items that have been mishandled, lost, missing, damaged etc by the shipping company. We stand by our NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE POLICY, however, we will replace the damaged good(s) depending on the issue.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES & DUTIES/ LOCAL STATE TAXES: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Pretty Rock Girl Collection cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. Please be advised that we cannot control why certain packages may be held up. We do not offer a refund or a replacement once a package is held up by customs- the package must go through the course. In some instances but not all- it may result in the buyer paying a customs duty fee. We advise you to bring your tracking number to your local post office as they may be able to help you track the package. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
PRGC is located in Minnesota, USA. Minnesota customers are responsible for applicable tax fees for products from our shop. The current tax rate is between 6.875% and 7.875% and can fluctuate in Minnesota. Taxes will be assessed at the time of checkout.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Return Policy: DUE TO THE HANDMADE NATURE PRODUCTION OF OUR ITEMS- Our shop has a NO RETURN policy. Please make sure to read the full description of each item before making your purchase. By making your payment, you agree to these terms and conditions. PLEASE BE CERTAIN ABOUT YOUR ORDER. All of our items are MADE TO ORDER- Once an order is placed - the item is set in motion for production. We do not honor refunds because you changed your mind.
Our No Return shop policy remains unaltered for all Sezzle purchased orders as well.
Exchange Policy: On a case by case basis- we may honor an exchange within the first (12) hours after you confirm your payment. This will only be considered if the item has not been shipped yet. Certain circumstances for consideration may include: requesting a change in size, color, or style of a recently purchased item. We have the right to reject/decline any request at our discretion. Incorrect | Defective item(s):
All of our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. If for any reason- you received an item which you deem incorrect or defective please notify us within three (3) days of the item's delivery and we will gladly exchange your order for a correct or non-faulty item. Merchandise will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it was faulty at its time of shipment, or if it were damaged during its time in transit. Merchandise damaged after delivery are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for exchange. The Pretty Rock Girl Collection is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise after delivery has taken place. If you receive incorrect or faulty merchandise, please contact us via email at orders@prettyrockgirlcollection.com within three (3) days of your items delivery. In your message please include (1) your name, (2) best contact email, (3) best contact phone, (4) your order number, (5) a description of the defective nature of your order along with photos (6) and the address for where your exchanged item should be shipped. A team member will contact you to process your request. Processing procedure and evaluation of claims will be at our discretion. Once the legitimacy of your concerns is confirmed by our team, your request will be processed and remedied ASAP. In returning incorrect or faulty merchandise, all of the standard rules of our Return/Exchange Policy will apply. We cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at any time. Before a product leaves our studio- it is fully inspected to ensure the highest level of quality. All of our unique items are strategically designed for durable wear and longevity HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT IMMUNE TO CARELESS WEAR AND MISHANDLING. Please follow the care instructions below to PROLONG, MAINTAIN & PRESERVE the lifespan of your item(s).
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Shoes:
All of our shoes are Handmade to order. We will do our best to make it as close to the photo picture as possible. Please expect slight variations. In some instances due to the material used- some shedding may occur due to normal wear and tear. Please remember that these are shoes and they are worn on your feet. They may be expensive but they are indestructible. Your attentive care is required to prolong the life of the shoes. We recommended you put the shoes back in its original casing/shoe box after each wear or stored upright and away from sunlight. Our shoes have a 45 day-limited liability warranty - if for any reason during this timeframe- you feel you would like your shoes inspected and refurbished - please email orders@prettyrockgirlcollection.com for instruction details. After the 45 day-limited liability warranty expires- on a case by case basis the Pretty Rock Girl Collection is willing to refurbish and inspect items in this category up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Our sunglasses are handmade with the finest and delicate components. Therefore we recommended you stored them away from sunlight in a casing & away from clutter to prolong the lifespan of the item. We use multiple fusion processes to embellish our sunglasses to assure the best quality. Our sunglasses are durably crafted however they require your attentive care. Please take the appropriate measures to store them properly. The Pretty Rock Girl Collection is willing to refurbish/repair and inspect items in this category up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Our jewelry and all other items in our shop such as shoulder pads, necklaces, body wraps, bracelets, septum rings, lip rings, etc. are recommended to be placed back in its original box and/or stored away from sunlight & clutter. Because our pieces comprise of many assorted jewelry findings and components- properly taking the time to care for them will prolong the lifespan of the individual product(s).

Our Clothing items such as denim jackets, denim shorts, skirts, tops, dresses etc are recommended to be hung or stored away from sunlight and clutter. Due to the intricate construction nature of our clothing items - we recommend all our clothing items be spot clean or lightly hand wash and hang dry only. Please note that all epaulets are removable.

Refurbish/Repair Policy:
The Pretty Rock Girl Collection will repair any of our items purchased through www.prettyrockgirlcollection.com within three (3) months of the items purchased that has incurred damage as a result of normal wear and tear, and reasonable use. However, in order for the repair to be performed, all components, pieces, crystals, and parts must be provided by the customer. Since all Pretty Rock Girl Collection items are handmade, some variation may occur. Pretty Rock Girl Collection cannot guarantee that repairs will be possible for items damaged through extraordinary circumstances or unreasonable, unexpected, or reckless use and treatment. Any such determinations of use and treatment will be at Pretty Rock Girl Collection discretion. If damaged components must be replaced, they will be replaced with components as close to the originals as possible, at the discretion of Pretty Rock Girl Collection. A cost may incur due to the severity of the situation.
