If you feel your package was mishandled, lost, missing, damaged etc by the 3rd party shipping company please contact us immediately for further assistance. PLEASE NOTE: Our shop does not offer refunds for items that have been mishandled, lost, missing, damaged etc by the shipping company. We stand by our NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE POLICY, however, we will replace the damaged good(s) depending on the issue.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES & DUTIES/ LOCAL STATE TAXES: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. PRGC is located in Minnesota, USA. Minnesota customers are responsible for applicable tax fees for products from our shop. The current tax rate is between 6.875% and 7.875% and can fluctuate in Minnesota. Taxes will be assessed at the time of checkout.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Return Policy: DUE TO THE HANDMADE NATURE PRODUCTION OF OUR ITEMS- Our shop has a NO RETURN policy. Please make sure to read the full description of each item before making your purchase. By making your payment, you agree to these terms and conditions. PLEASE BE CERTAIN ABOUT YOUR ORDER. All of our items are MADE TO ORDER- Once an order is placed - the item is set in motion for production. We do not honor refunds because you changed your mind.
Our No Return shop policy remains unaltered for all Sezzle purchased orders as well.
Exchange Policy: On a case by case basis- we may honor an exchange within the first (12) hours after you confirm your payment. This will only be considered if the item has not been shipped yet. Certain circumstances for consideration may include: requesting a change in size, color, or style of a recently purchased item. We have the right to reject/decline any request at our discretion. Incorrect | Defective item(s):
All of our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. If for any reason- you received an item which you deem incorrect or defective please notify us within three (3) days of the item's delivery and we will gladly exchange your order for a correct or non-faulty item. Merchandise will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it was faulty at its time of shipment, or if it were damaged during its time in transit. Merchandise damaged after delivery are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for exchange. The Pretty Rock Girl Collection is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise after delivery has taken place. If you receive incorrect or faulty merchandise, please contact us via email at orders@prettyrockgirlcollection.com within three (3) days of your items delivery. In your message please include (1) your name, (2) best contact email, (3) best contact phone, (4) your order number, (5) a description of the defective nature of your order along with photos (6) and the address for where your exchanged item should be shipped. Our sunglasses are handmade with the finest and delicate components. Therefore we recommended you stored them away from sunlight in a casing & away from clutter to prolong the lifespan of the item. We use multiple fusion processes to embellish our sunglasses to assure the best quality. Our sunglasses are durably crafted however they require your attentive care. Please take the appropriate measures to store them properly. Refurbish/Repair Policy:
The Pretty Rock Girl Collection will repair any of our items purchased through www.prettyrockgirlcollection.com within three (3) months of the items purchased that has incurred damage as a result of normal wear and tear, and reasonable use. However, in order for the repair to be performed, all components, pieces, crystals, and parts must be provided by the customer. Since all Pretty Rock Girl Collection items are handmade, some variation may occur. Pretty Rock Girl Collection cannot guarantee that repairs will be possible for items damaged through extraordinary circumstances or unreasonable, unexpected, or reckless use and treatment. Any such determinations of use and treatment will be at Pretty Rock Girl Collection discretion. If damaged components must be replaced, they will be replaced with components as close to the originals as possible, at the discretion of Pretty Rock Girl Collection. A cost may incur due to the severity of the situation.
